What are the TechQuest surveys?
Typical TechQuest surveys are 15-min online surveys of Canadian ICT managers and business managers.
Members are invited to participate in approximately one survey per month, depending on which survey they qualify for. On average, they end up completing 5-6 surveys per year.
Participants are provided with a user ID and password, allowing them to logon to a secure site housing the surveys. When a survey is "live," participants can logon and complete the study at their leisure.
What will I get in return?
In return for your participation, you will receive Chapters. Indigo electronic gift certificates, selected IDC Canada research reports benchmark studies, industry white papers, and you will be entered in prize draws.
Will my answers be kept confidential?
Yes! Please be assured that your participation in this survey is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
The results will be used to analyze high-level trends only. You and your organization will never be identified.
Do you share my name or contact information with anyone?
No! All the information you provide is only used for statistical purposes such as analysis, tables, and charts. We only release contact information if you have consented to our doing so, for example, for a follow-up focus group session.
What if I've changed my mind and no longer want to participate?
